I know for myself that when I am following a low carb diet I am usually starving. I will be the first to announce that when I introduced the shirataki noodles into my diet on a daily basis those hunger pains were done and over with. For me the pounds began falling off almost effortlessly. This pasta is very filling do to the natural plant fiber that it is made from. It is originally grown in the Asian countries and it is most popularly known as the konjac plant. There really is a zero taste factor to this food but the great thing about them is that they absorb the sauce you let them bathe in very well. In a sense we are creating our own flavor for it.
There are endless ways of making a terrific meal with the miracle noodle. If you want an instant meal just takes along a bag of them and tops the noodles off with some sauce and you have a tasty healthy meal in a matter of a few minutes.
