Lasagna Recipe Created Using Miracle Noodles

Lasagna
So this shirataki noodles recipe is really getting creative with the variety that we have in order to put this dish together. Some of you may enjoy this as much as I do and others may pass on it. Right now miracle noodle does not have perfect pasta that fits this creation real well. I am basically making do by using the fettuccini noodles to layer my lasagna with since they are the widest of any of the noodles.

This is my lasagna recipe created using fettuccine miracle noodles.
The ingredients that I selected for this dish are as follows below here.

First we will need ½ of a pound of lean ground beef and ½ of a pound of ground chicken or turkey. If you are going to make vegetarian style lasagna then just leave this out of the recipe.

One small yellow onion and one shallot diced into small pieces.
Three vine ripened tomatoes that we are going to dice up.
One sixteen ounce container of Ricotta cheese, if you are watching you fat intake please get the low fat version.
Two Tablespoons of fresh basil or dried if the fresh is not available.
Two Tablespoons of Oregano and again I prefer the fresh if it is in my supermarket.
If not then we can always utilize the dried herbs or even use an Italian herb blend.
If you enjoy salt and pepper this can be added for your individual taste I do not use it in my recipe however.
A single packet of stevia or use 2 Tablespoons of sugar if you do not enjoy this alternative sweetener choice
One cup of chopped fresh or frozen spinach
Two cups of mozzarella, cheddar and Parmesan cheese all mixed together.

So if you want to make a real easy version of this lasagna recipe then just grab yourself a large jar of spaghetti sauce at the store. You will not need the onion, shallot, herbs or the tomatoes. It just depends on how homemade you want it to be honestly. It does basically the same job with the ingredients.

Now since the noodles are not real thick I do this a little bit different.

In a fry pan I am going to cook my meat or meats if you are using more than one. Then I am going to mix in the onions, shallot, herbs, and tomatoes or the jar of spaghetti sauce. I will also melt in the ricotta cheese at this time and the sugar or stevia and the spinach. Now put in a dash of salt and pepper just to taste.

Click to order noodles to make your lasagna.
Get a 9x13 inch baking dish and grease the bottom so the miracle shirataki noodles do not stick to the bottom after it is done baking. Place a nice layer of noodles on top of the greased dish. Place a layer of your meat mixture and top it with some of the three cheese blend. It is time to add another layer of the shirataki noodles. The more of these the less calories in the entire entree since they have no calories, remember. One more layer of the meat mixture and then finally the final layer of noodles. Sprinkle the remainder of the three cheese blend on top. Place it in the oven and let it bake at three hundred and fifty degrees for thirty minutes. You are going to love this meal.
