Okay so I hope my readers try this new recipe and come back to let me know what you think. Once you try it please leave a comment for us all to hear what you think. Since this is my own personal creation I honestly to not have a name for the recipe. I would like my readers to know that if you buy shirataki noodles here today you are going to get a cookbook as a gift from miracle noodles that contains 107 pages of tasty meals. There will not be a shortage when it comes to ideas in your kitchen with this great book.

Shirataki Noodles Recipe:

The ingredients that you will need are as follows.

One bag of miracle noodles. I used the angel hair pasta which is one of the best sellers.
½ pound of lean ground beef or other meat. If you wish to make this a vegetarian dish then just leave this ingredient out.
¼ cup of chopped onion
4 cloves of garlic minced
2 carrots diced into thin slices
One cup of chopped fresh spinach leaves.
2 whole organic tomatoes sliced thin.
¼ cup of cooked rice, I prefer adding in the miracle rice.
One teaspoon of organic butter
1 Tablespoon of Cream Cheese, use low-fat or non-fat to lower the calorie content.

The last thing you will top this with is 2 very thin slices of sharp cheddar cheese for a little added flavor. I prefer organic cheese the flavor is better without all the added stuff in it too.

In a sauce pan on the stove begin browning your meat. While the meat is cooking add in the butter, along with the onion and garlic. Now that the ingredients are turning a nice golden brown start adding in the rest of your vegetable ingredients slowly. It is time to add in the cream cheese and the shirataki noodles. A little tip is to not forget to wash the miracle noodles in some fresh water prior to putting them in the saucepan. I like to use a fork and knife to cut up the pasta a little bit too. Finally it is time to add in that sharp cheddar cheese let it all cook together nicely for about 8 minutes. This is the tastiest dish I think I have made so far.
